Seeking Information on Vacant Properties, Unused Facilities, and Land

Let’s Create New Opportunities from Underutilized Spaces!

SPOCCH aims to create a society where everyone can enjoy a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life by connecting sports, health, food, and local communities.

We believe that vacant properties, unused facilities, and underutilized land have the potential to create new value and opportunities for local communities.

Our goal is to transform places that once brought people together, as well as buildings and land that are no longer being fully utilized, into vibrant spaces for sports, health, food, and community connections.

To help bring these initiatives to life, we are seeking information about properties, facilities, and land that could potentially support SPOCCH’s activities and business projects.

Types of Properties, Facilities, and Land We’re Looking For

  • Vacant retail spaces, commercial properties, and offices
  • Vacant houses, traditional buildings, and unused structures
  • Closed schools, former school buildings, and educational facilities
  • Gymnasiums, sports fields, and indoor or outdoor sports facilities
  • Unused public facilities and privately owned buildings
  • Vacant lots, idle land, and underutilized properties
  • Former restaurants and properties equipped with commercial kitchens
  • Warehouses, factories, and large buildings
  • Spaces suitable for events, gatherings, and community activities
  • Other locations with potential for SPOCCH’s activities and business projects

How We Envision Using These Spaces

  • Hosting sports events, workshops, and recreational programs
  • Creating spaces where children, adults, and older people can exercise and connect
  • Establishing community hubs for health promotion and social activities
  • Developing food and restaurant businesses, including SPOCCH Ramen and SPOCCH Burger
  • Conducting research, product development, and pilot projects related to food and services
  • Organizing local events, markets, and community gatherings
  • Creating new businesses that make use of local resources
  • Developing welcoming spaces where community members can meet and interact

Flexible Property and Facility Arrangements

We are open to exploring various arrangements depending on the property and its conditions, including leasing, purchasing, temporary use, and shared utilization.

We welcome inquiries such as “I have a vacant building that could be put to better use,” “There is unused land in my area,” or “I would like to explore new community projects using an existing facility.”

Whether you are a property owner, facility manager, or someone who knows of a potentially suitable location, we would be happy to hear from you.

Specific usage plans, costs, contractual terms, and other arrangements will be reviewed and discussed individually based on the property’s condition and the feasibility of the proposed project.

Properties of All Sizes and Locations Are Welcome

From small shops and vacant houses to large facilities and extensive land areas, we are interested in exploring a wide range of possibilities.

We welcome information about properties not only in urban areas but also in rural communities, regions experiencing population decline, and locations that may currently be difficult to utilize.

We also welcome information about properties and facilities outside Japan.

By making the most of each region’s unique characteristics and resources, we hope to create places where people can gather, connect, and discover new opportunities.

Share Property Information with Us

Whether you own a vacant property, know of an unused facility, or would like to discuss potential uses for your land, we welcome your information and suggestions.

Please contact us through our application and inquiry form, providing as much information as you can about the property or facility, including its general location (city or municipality), property type, approximate size, current condition, and any ideas or preferences you may have regarding its future use.

Information from individuals who are not the property owners is also welcome. However, any actual use, contractual arrangements, or development of a property will require appropriate verification and agreement with its owner, manager, or other authorized parties.

Let’s give unused spaces a new purpose and turn untapped local potential into opportunities for the future with SPOCCH!

We look forward to receiving your information, ideas, and proposals.
